Our Story

We are a pair of Hong Kong parents. During the three years of the pandemic, in order to provide the best protection for our child, our family insisted on cooking at home, and until the pandemic restrictions are lifted, we have not been infected. Throughout these three years of fighting the epidemic, we continuously explored ways to boost immunity and found that one of the most important factors is, Diet. However, many of the so-called nutritious meals available in the market do not truly achieve precision nutrition; or they simply don’t taste good after reheating, forcing us to endure eating meals that are not enjoyable for one day, a week, or even a month…
For a long time, we generally believed that we could lose weight and be healthy by simply reducing calorie intake. However, a harsh reality tells us that that it is not. The human body is a very complex structure, and we cannot simply reduce the intake of calories to achieve weight loss and health. Fortunately, as a chef who has worked in the food industry in Europe for many years, Dad combines Chinese and Western nutritional principles to cook delicious and nutritious meals for us every day. Mom also insists on bringing home-cooked meals to work. This warm and delicious nutrition meal has attracted her colleagues; compared to their cold, unappetizing, and non-nutritious takeout meals, they prefer a tasty and nutritious lunch box. This is where we started.

After three years of fighting the epidemic, we have not completely defeated the virus, but faced long-term coexistence with it, but right now, we are no longer afraid, because no matter in the face of the same virus or any virus in the future, we know that the inner key is to improve our immunity, through diet. 

And improving our immunity is also what people who care about us most want to see. Therefore, to be immune, is for your beloved.
