Delivery Coverage and Delivery Fee
For individual plans, we have the following delivery fees:
- Zone 1
(including Tsim Sha Tsui,
Jordan, Yau Ma Tei, Mong Kok, Prince Edward, Wan Chai, Admiralty, Central,
Sheung Wan, Kwun Tong, Yau Tong): The delivery fee is $28 per day. - Zone 2
(including Causeway Bay, Tin
Hau, Fortress Hill, North Point, Quarry Bay, Sai Ying Pun, Hong Kong
University MTR Station, Sham Shui Po, Cheung Sha Wan, Lai Chi Kok, Mei
Foo, Yau Yat Tsuen, Kowloon Tong, Hung Hom, Hong Kong Polytechnic
University): The delivery fee is $38 per day.
There is no delivery fee for self-pickup.
For group plans, there is no delivery fee,
and the delivery coverage remains the same as the above two areas.
Additionally, for locations that require
walking more than 5 minutes after arriving via public transport (excluding
taxis), we may charge extra or may not be able to service those areas. Other
regions will be made available gradually, so please stay tuned!
Delivery Times
We only deliver on weekdays (Monday to Friday). There is no service on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Our healthy meals are freshly prepared every morning, so lunch and dinner will be delivered around 12:00 to 12:30 PM (depends on the meal preparation, weather, and traffic conditions). Generally, lunch can be eaten upon arrival or slightly reheated, while dinner will need to be heated. We deliver both lunch and dinner in one go.
Order Time
Orders need to be made three days in advance (excluding Sundays). Usually, the start dates of your nutrition meal plan purchased are as follows:
The meal plan purchased on Monday can start as early as Thursday.
The meal plan purchased on Tuesday can start as early as Friday.
The meal plan purchased on Wednesday can start as early as next Monday.
The meal plan purchased on Thursday can start as early as next Monday.
The meal plan purchased on Friday can start as early as next Monday.
The meal plan purchased on Saturday can start as early as next Tuesday.
The meal plan purchased on Sunday can start as early as next Wednesday.
Can I change the delivery date if I have a sudden issue?
We understand that plans may change at any time. Therefore, we offer change of delivery date, as long as you notify us through the following link by the cut-off time of Friday at 23:59, one week in advance. Changes made after the cut-off time will not be accepted. However, all nutrition meals must be consumed within two weeks (for the 5 days plan) and two months (for 30 days plan) after the purchase date.

For group plans, as long as you meet the minimum daily delivery meals, we will not limit the maximum daily delivery quantity. The group only needs to consolidate the total number of meals for the upcoming week and fill in the daily meal types and quantities via the link before the cut-off time of Friday at 23:59, one week in advance. We will not accept changes to meal types and quantities submitted after the deadline. If the group cannot meet the minimum daily delivery quantity on a certain day, the group can skip that day’s delivery by changing the delivery date, but all nutrition meals must be consumed within two weeks (for the 5-meal plan) and two months (for the 20-meal plan) after the purchase date. Please refer to item 8 for how the group plan can notify us of meal orders for the upcoming week.
How if I have food allergies or specific dietary preferences?
For individual plans, if members have food allergies or specific dietary preferences, they can notify us through the following link. For sensitivities or preferences regarding meat, we usually substitute with chicken or fish, depending on the availability for that day. For other categories such as milk, eggs, cheese, mushrooms, peanuts, etc., we strongly recommend that if you have severe medical allergies, please avoid ordering from our nutrition meal plans. Please note that changes must be notified by every Friday at 11:59 PM (cut-off time), one week before. Changes after the cut-off time will not be accepted.
For group plans, we do not accept changes
for individual members due to food sensitivities or preferences. Members can
choose to switch to another meal type (lunch or dinner) for that day as
outlined in item 8. Each member should refer to our menu for the upcoming week
and carefully consider their orders for that day.
How do group plan members choose meals for the upcoming week?
We provide flexibility for group plans. As long as the minimum daily delivery quantity is met (i.e., small group must order at least 3 meals per day, and large group must order at least 10 meals per day), there is no limit on the actual number of diners and no maximum daily delivery quantity. Individual members can order more than one meal, meaning the total daily delivery quantity can exceed 3 or 10 meals. For example, a member can order two lunches or one dinner in a day. Group members can also freely choose between lunch and dinner. If there is no special notice, we will default the daily delivery quantity to the number of purchase members of the group and assume all members will order lunch (for example, if four members purchase a small group package, the default daily delivery will be four lunches). If group members need to change the total number of nutrition meals and meal types (lunch or dinner), they must consolidate the total delivery number and inform us of the meal types and quantities through the link by the deadline of Friday at 23:59, one week in advance. Since we only require the minimum daily delivery quantity, we will not restrict the trading of nutrition meals among group members.

Can I change the delivery address?
Of course, you can. Please let us know through the following link. As long as the new address is within our delivery range, it is acceptable. However, the delivery cost may vary by location, and we will charge a fee of $50 each time, along with any difference in delivery costs (i.e., if the new address has a higher delivery fee than the old address). If the new address has a lower delivery fee, we cannot refund the difference. Please note that changes must be communicated by the deadline of Friday at 23:59, one week in advance. Changes made after the deadline will not be accepted.

How do I stop the healthy meal plan?
Before the plan starts (before the first meal is delivered), you can cancel the nutrition meal plan by notifying us two days in advance, and a handling fee of $150 will be deducted. After the plan
starts, we do not accept cancellations or stops.
What payment method do we accept?
We currently accept payment methods including credit cards, FPS, and bank transfers. Specific payment details will be displayed when placing an order.
How should I consume the healthy meals after receiving them?
Typically, our lunches arrive slightly warm, so you can eat them immediately or reheat them slightly. Please remember that we usually prepare meals around 11 AM, and we recommend consuming them within two hours after delivery. If you need to eat after 1 PM, please store the meal in the refrigerator at 0°C-4°C as soon as you receive it. When you’re ready to eat, use an 800-watt microwave to heat it for 3 minutes (remove the lid and our bowl can be heated directly). Since microwave power varies, you may need to adjust the heating time. Alternatively, you can transfer the food to a steaming container and steam for 10-15 minutes, ensuring each box is heated until hot to the touch. All nutrition meals are recommended to be consumed on the same day for the best taste.
Cutlery
Please be aware that we do not provide cutlery. If you need cutlery, please request it, and there will be a charge of $1 per set. Thank you for supporting environmental protection.
